Operating from an appointment-only showroom, we provide our clients with personalized design experiences and high-quality wallpaper solutions for both residential and commercial spaces. We're looking for an enthusiastic Design Studio Associate to join our creative team and help our clients bring their vision to life.
Position: Design Studio Associate
Location: Nocatee, Ponte Vedra Florida
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Entry Level
Pay: Starting at $18/Hr + Commission, Flexible based on Experience
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide a welcoming, informative experience in our design studio, assisting them in selecting the perfect wallpaper for their space.
Conduct personalized consultations to understand client preferences, offer design advice, and recommend wallpaper options that align with their vision.
Provide accurate quotes for wallpaper selections and associated installation services, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
Schedule appointments for consultations, follow-ups, and installations, managing the studio's calendar to optimize client experiences and staff workflow.
Maintain an inspiring showroom environment, ensuring displays are up-to-date, visually appealing, and reflective of the latest design trends.
Stay informed on new wallpaper collections, design trends, and product offerings to provide clients with fresh and innovative ideas.
Assist with inventory management, ensuring samples and stock levels are maintained and organized.
Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end service for each client.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; a keen interest in interior design, decorating, or art is highly beneficial.
Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their design goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Organizational prowess and the ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments simultaneously.
A proactive approach to learning and development, with a willingness to engage with training and gain knowledge in design principles and wallpaper products.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools used in design planning and inventory management.
